Overview

• Collective action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act
• Plaintiffs and defendant had reached impasse on the appropriate scope of discovery, including search terms, the number of custodians, sources of data to be searched and who should bear the costs. 

Wall's role will include managing discover-e's Hosting Department as well as leading and overseeing the company's expanding document review services and litigation readiness and response offerings.  He will also serve as counsel to the company.
