(Portland, OR) February 20, 2006: Kevin W. Brooks will join the Portland based, discover-e Legal team as its Director of Marketing. For the last 8 years, Kevin was the chief marketing consultant for Kebunet Inc. He will now be tasked with leading the strategic marketing planning and promotion for discover-e Legal, Inc. discover-e is a premier provider of litigation-grade electronic discovery products and services.

As the chief marketing consultant for Kebunet, Kevin was responsible for strategic market planning, as well as promotion design and promotional budgeting for over 35 Pacific Northwest companies. Prior to Kebunet's founding in November of 1997, Kevin developed and launched a line of fiber optic management products for Red Hawk Fiber Optics, and co-authored the Re-development of the California Department of Correction, Prison Industries, Boot and Shoe Manufacturing processes. Kevin received his B.A. in Business from California Polytechnic State University in 1993 and his MBA from California State University, Chico in 1995.
