Bean will head up its forensic recovery services as National Director of Forensic Services. discover-e Legal is a premier provider of litigation-grade electronic discovery services. Bean will bring significant experience in the area of forensic recovery and will manage all aspects of forensic services for discover-e from offices in Chicago, IL.
Michael Bean has analyzed thousands of computers and has participated in numerous large investigations involving the SEC, unlawful intrusions, employee disputes and intellectual property. As an instructor, at Guidance Software, Bean has had the opportunity to provide training to computer forensics specialists from the military, law enforcement and the private sector. In addition, Bean has been called to testify as an Expert Witness in Computer Forensics, on numerous occasions.

Previously, Bean managed the computer forensic lab and operations for Deloitte and Touche in the Midwest region. Prior to joining Deloitte and Touche, Bean held the position of Senior Manager for Guidance Software where he supervised all aspects of Quality Assurance, Technical Services and Documentation.
