discover-e Welcomes Chuck Maxwell as Client Services Manager

(Portland, Oregon) September 5, 2006:  Portland based, discover-e Legal, LLC., developers of the most comprehensive and reliable electronic data discovery (EDD) software, has announced the addition of Chuck Maxwell as it’s new Client Services Manager. Chuck brings to discover-e over 20 years of experience in technology support, customer service and field service engineering, with such firms as CNF, MicroAge, Chrome Data Corp. and ADP.

Chuck's primary goal is to increase performance and client satisfaction for a department that has grown by 100% in just the last 90 days. The focus of his attentions will include; Aligning support and training functions, Improving helpdesk communications, Improving the effectiveness of after hours/weekend support, Improving an already comprehensive knowledgebase, and accessing and developing an automated billing and licensing process.
